After dinner I finally watched The Notebook for the first time (what?! I know you're wondering how I could have lived this long without seeing it. Crazy, yes.) and therefore spent the entire evening boo-hooing my eyes out. I knew it was a love story that made girls cry but I had no idea how emotional the film would be. If you follow me on Twitter you know that I started tearing up around the 5 minute mark and by the end of the movie I was surrounded by soggy tissues and experiencing chest pains from all the heavy sighs and sobs. It was a really attractive moment for me. Not what I expected for February 14 but it was therapeutic- sometimes a girl just needs a good cry by herself. Here's to a much more uplifting February 15.

Love that outfit, you look adorable! I love the hair clip, too cute. And The Notebook is one of the best movies for that, romantic sappy therapy. Sigh.
I typically hatehatehate chick flicks but holy crap I LOVE THE NOTEBOOK. So amazing.
OMGosh I thought I was the only one who had not seen this movie. Now I might have to see it. This is a great transitional outfit Tiffany! You look great in this blouse!
I've never seen The Notebook either. Although I do love Ryan Gosling, I hate movies that make me cry.
And I don't think your look is over the top at all - I think it's just fabulous.
i adore the notebook!one of the most moving moves ever.i also adore ryan gosling!!!anyway nice outfit, lovely skirt!
I absolutely refuse to watch any more of his movies. Holy Molie, my poor tear ducts can't take it. I saw Message in a Bottle when it came out and walked away mad. Happy ending? No. Then a couple years later I watched a Walk to Remember. No more, I tell you, no more.
On a brighter note, I adore the hearts and flowers you are rocking today. Such a perfect and easy way to mix prints. Love.
loving the prints in your outfit!
IKNOWRIGHT! The Notebook is MOCKINGLY tear-inducing. You know how trite and shitty the movie is, but you CANNOT STOP CRYING.
I tell you what though, Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams are like the two most attractive mofos of all time. It's so weird to be sobbing and aroused at the same time.
Absolyely cute outfit dear: love your heart print blouse!!! And you’ve got a gorgeous blog too!!!

Every time I go to your site I am inspired to learn how to sew and do DIY projects. This blouse?! I love! Love the mixture of hearts and florals and that cute heart hair clip. You are a cutie!
